Adding More Locations

Expand GoodAgain to all your locations.

To Add a Location:

  1. Go to SettingsLocations

  2. Tap Add Location

  3. Fill in details (name, address, phone, email)

  4. Tap Save

Each Location Gets:

  • Unique QR code

  • Separate complaint inbox

  • Individual analytics

  • Own redemption tracking


Location-Specific QR Codes

Every location has its own QR code so complaints are properly routed.

To Get a Location's QR Code:

  1. Go to SettingsQR Codes

  2. Select the location from dropdown

  3. Download/print that location's code

Why This Matters:

  • Complaints are tagged to correct location

  • Staff see only their location's complaints

  • Analytics show per-location performance

  • Proper accountability


Filtering by Location

On the Complaints Screen:

  1. Tap the Location filter

  2. Select specific location or "All"

  3. View complaints for that selection

On Analytics:

  1. Go to Analytics

  2. Select location from dropdown

  3. View metrics for that location only


Redemption Location Rules

Control where customers can redeem their offers.

Options:

Setting
Meaning

Any Location

Customer can redeem at any of your locations

Same Location

Customer must return to the location where they complained

Same + Main

Same location, or your flagship/main location

To Configure:

  1. Go to SettingsRewards

  2. Under Redemption Rules, select your preference

  3. Save

Recommendations:

  • Single location: Doesn't matter

  • Multiple locations (same city): "Any Location" for convenience

  • Franchise/distant locations: "Same Location" for accountability
