Adding Your Logo

Your logo appears in the chat interface customers see.

To Upload:

1. Go to Settings → Branding

2. Tap Upload Logo

3. Select image file (PNG or JPG, square recommended)

4. Crop if needed

5. Save

Requirements:

• Minimum 200x200 pixels

• Square aspect ratio works best

• PNG with transparency supported

• Max file size: 5MB

Brand Colors

Customize the chat colors to match your brand.

To Configure:

1. Go to Settings → Branding

2. Set Primary Color (main buttons, headers)

3. Set Secondary Color (accents) - optional

4. Preview the changes

5. Save

Tips:

• Use your main brand color as primary

• Ensure text is readable (high contrast)

• Test on your phone to see how it looks

Chat Header Styles

Choose how your branding appears in the chat header.

Options:

Style	Appearance
Default	GoodAgain branding
Logo Only	Your logo centered
Logo + Text	Your logo with business name

To Configure:

1. Go to Settings → Branding

2. Select Chat Header Style

3. Preview

4. Save
