Inviting Team Members

Add your managers and staff so they can help handle complaints and redemptions.

To Invite Someone:

  1. Go to SettingsTeam

  2. Tap Invite Team Member

  3. Enter their details:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Role (see below)

    • Location access (for multi-location)

  4. Tap Send Invite

What Happens:

  1. They receive an email invitation

  2. They click the link to create their account

  3. They can now log in with their assigned permissions


Roles Explained

Each role has different permissions:

Assigning Locations

For multi-location businesses, you can restrict team members to specific locations.

To Assign Locations:

  1. Go to SettingsTeam

  2. Tap on a team member

  3. Under Location Access, choose:

    • All Locations - Can see everything

    • Specific Locations - Select which ones

  4. Save

How It Works:

  • Staff only see complaints for their assigned locations

  • Staff can only redeem codes at their assigned locations

  • Managers with all-location access see everything


Removing Team Members

When someone leaves or needs access revoked:

To Remove:

  1. Go to SettingsTeam

  2. Tap on the team member

  3. Tap Remove from Team

  4. Confirm

What Happens:

  • They immediately lose access

  • They cannot log in anymore

  • Historical records (redemptions, approvals) are preserved


Notification Settings

Control who gets notified about what.

Per-User Notifications:

  1. Go to SettingsTeam

  2. Tap on a team member

  3. Under Notifications, toggle:

    • New complaints

    • Escalations

    • Daily summary

Notification Methods:

  • Push - Mobile app notifications

  • Email - Email alerts
