QR Code Printing
Overview
The QR Code Print System lets you create professional, print-ready QR code materials right from your dashboard. Choose from pre-made Avery label templates or set custom dimensions for any material you need.
There are two modes:
Standard QR
Prints a single QR code that links to your complaint/reward page
Table QR
Batch prints numbered table labels for restaurants (e.g., "Table 1", "Table 2", etc.)
Avery Templates
Select from popular Avery label templates to get perfectly sized labels every time. Supported templates include business cards, stickers, address labels, and more.
How It Works
Choose Avery Template as your size option
Pick your template from the list
The system automatically sets the correct dimensions and layout for that label sheet
Customize your design (see below)
Print
No measuring or guessing -- the template handles the sizing for you.
Custom Sizes
Need something that isn't a standard label? Use custom sizing for any material:
Table tents
Posters

M
1.2x
L
1.5x
XL
2.0x
These controls apply to:

Layout Controls
Fine-tune how everything is arranged on the label.
Spacing
Controls the vertical spacing between elements:
Compact
Minimal spacing -- fits more on smaller labels
Tight
Slightly reduced spacing
Normal
Default balanced spacing
Relaxed
More breathing room between elements
Spacious
Maximum spacing -- best for larger materials
Text Alignment
Choose how text is aligned on the label:
Left -- Text aligns to the left edge
Center -- Text is centered (default)
Right -- Text aligns to the right edge
Table QR
Designed for restaurants that need numbered table labels in bulk.
How It Works
Switch to Table QR mode
Set your start table number (e.g., 1)
Set your end table number (e.g., 20)
The system generates one label per table, each with its own number (e.g., "Table 1", "Table 2", ... "Table 20")
Customize the design using the same options as Standard QR
Print the full batch at once
Each table label gets its own unique QR code tied to that table number.
Ready-Made Designs
Don't want to customize from scratch? Choose from pre-designed templates that are ready to print. These templates come with professional layouts and messaging already set up -- just select one and print.
Printing Tips
For the best results when printing your QR code labels:
Use landscape orientation when printing label sheets
Print at 100% scale -- do not use "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit"
Test with one sheet first before printing a full batch
"Powered by GoodAgainApp.com" appears at the bottom of each label automatically
Make sure your printer settings match your label/paper size
For Avery labels, use the matching Avery label sheets for best alignment
