What Is the Monthly Summary?
The Monthly Summary is an automated email sent on the 1st of each month with a snapshot of your business performance over the past 30 days. It includes complaint stats, customer recovery rates, review activity, and actionable improvement tips.

When It Sends
Schedule: 1st of each month at 9 AM UTC
Reporting Period: Rolling 30 days (not calendar month)
Eligibility: Businesses that have been active for at least 30 days
If your business had no complaints in the reporting period, you'll receive a congratulations message instead of stats.
Who Receives It
The monthly summary is sent to team members with owner or manager roles who have email notifications enabled.
Opting Out
You can disable the monthly summary in Settings → Notifications.

Compare month-to-month to spot improvements or emerging issues
Use the "View Full Analytics" link in the email to dive deeper into your dashboard

Q: Can I change when the summary is sent? A: Not currently — it sends on the 1st of each month automatically.
Q: What if I have multiple locations? A: You receive one summary per business covering all locations.
Q: How is the estimated cost calculated? A: Dollar discounts use face value, percentage discounts estimate based on a $15 average transaction, and free items estimate at $10.
Q: Can I get weekly summaries instead? A: Not currently — the summary is monthly only.
