Configuring Offers

Each batch is tied to a single offer type:

  • Discount — Percentage off or dollar amount off (uses your existing discount presets)

  • Free Item — A free product or service (uses your existing free item presets)

You also set:

  • Expiration — How many days the card is valid from the batch creation date

  • Batch Name — Auto-generated as "Location — Month Year" (editable)

  • Quantity — 10, 25, 50, or 100 cards per batch

  • Location — Which location the cards are assigned to

How It Works

  1. You print cards — Print directly from your browser or save as PDF

  2. Hand to customers — Give a card to any customer who needs service recovery

  3. Customer scans QR code — Each card has a unique QR code linking to the offer

  4. Customer claims reward — They receive their discount or free item digitally

  5. You track redemptions — See which cards have been scanned and redeemed

Tips

  • Keep a stack of cards at the register or host stand for quick service recovery

  • Train staff on when to offer a card (bad experience, long wait, wrong order)

  • Use shorter expiration dates (14-30 days) to encourage quick return visits

  • Monitor redemption rates to see how effective your cards are

  • Choose a card design that matches your brand for a professional look
